Fiesta de los Niņos ~ This family fun cardboard carnival will be held on Saturday, February 20 from 11am-1pm. We need volunteers to help serve lunch, sell tickets, set up and clean up, and run game booths (see your child's teacher for more information about game booths). Game tickets are 4 for $1 at the door. Watch for discounted ticket prices before the event!
Spring Fun'Raiser ~ This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Monies raised help support our scholarship fund and allows us to update and enhance our school. We are looking for volunteers to help with organizing this event and obtaining dinner items, raffle prizes, and $2 table prizes.
Consider volunteering for these events in the 2010-11 school year ~
In September: Midland Fund Raiser ~
We need two volunteers to collect the orders and payments, prepare deposit and distribute the items when they come in.
In October: Trunk n' Treat ~
This annual event is held before Halloween. We need parents, grandparents, and/or aunts and uncles to park a vehicle, decorated if you like, to pass out Halloween treats such as holiday pencils, spider rings, stickers, and/or nutless candy.
In November: P.J. Book Fair~
We need donations of cookies and juice. Please drop them off in the preschool office before the event. |
